Located in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand, Jim Corbett National Park is India’s oldest national park, established in 1936 as Hailey National Park. It was renamed in honor of the legendary hunter-turned-conservationist Jim Corbett. Today, it stands as a proud part of Project Tiger (since 1973) and remains one of India’s most visited and diverse wildlife destinations.
